Die Regeln des Xhodon 2 - Forums

Durch die Registration in diesem Forum/Spiel akzeptiert Ihr die folgenden Regeln.

§1. Allgemeines

§1.1. Die Teilnahme am Forum erfolgt über den Spielaccount. Spielt eine Person in mehreren Welten darf sie mit mehreren Accounts im Forum schreiben.

§1.1.1 Sollte es zu Regelverstößen kommen gelten Verwarnungen und Strafen für alle Accounts einer Person.
§1.1.2 Auf Nachfrage eines Teammitglieds sind alle Accounts, mit denen man am Forum teilnimmt, offen zu legen.

§1.2 Das Foren-Team besitzt das Recht zu verwarnen, zensieren und Accounts zu sperren, wenn diese gegen die Regeln verstoßen. Den Anweisungen des Foren-Teams ist Folge zu leisten.

§1.3 Bei schwerwiegenden oder wiederholten Verstößen gegen die Regeln können Accounts zudem im Spiel sowie in der Halle gesperrt werden oder sonstige Ingame-Strafen erhalten, auch ohne vorherige Verwarnung.

§1.4 Die Forenregeln beziehen sich auf Forenbeiträge, sowie auf Signaturen, Avatare und persönliche Nachrichten (PN's) im Forum. (PN's und Gästebucheinträge im Spiel sind bei einem Supporter zu melden, da sie nichts mit dem Forum zu tun haben.)

§1.5 Die AGB sowie das deutsche Recht haben für das gesamte Forum Gültigkeit. Die Betreiber dieses Forums sind nicht haftbar zu machen für gepostete Bilder und Links, welche gegen ein Copyright verstoßen.



§2. Community und Umgang: Wie soll ich schreiben?

§2.1 Jeder User ist dazu verpflichtet, sich an die Netiquette zu halten. Das bedeutet:

§2.1.1 Verboten sind wie auf allen anderen Plattformen: Beleidigungen, Real-Life-Drohungen, persönliche Angriffe, sowie Mobbing.
§2.1.2 Streit wird nicht öffentlich im Forum ausgetragen, sondern untereinander geklärt. Auch hier gilt ein vernünftiger Umgangston.

§2.2 Werbung jeglicher Art, die nicht vom Xhodon-Team autorisiert wurde, ist außerhalb des Off-Topic-Bereichs zu unterlassen. Auch im Off-Topic-Bereich hat das Forenteam im Zweifelsfall das Recht bestimmte Werbung zu verbieten.

§2.3 Eine Kennzeichnung von sarkastischen / ironischen Äußerungen ist erwünscht, damit keinerlei Missverständnisse auftreten. Eine Kennzeichnungsmöglichkeit ist [IRONIE] vor dem entsprechenden Satz oder Paragraph und [/IRONIE] am Ende dessen.

§2.4 Unterlasse den übermäßigen Gebrauch von Grossbuchstaben, Satzzeichen, Smilies und unterlasse das Ausdehnen von Wörtern sowie andere Möglichkeiten, die Lesefreundlichkeit zu gefährden. Bitte vermeide den Gebrauch von Zeichen, welche nicht im Deutschen gebraucht werden, den Ersatz von Buchstaben durch Zahlen (Sogenanntes LEET / 1337).

§2.5 Alle Texte müssen verständlich sein, verschlüsselte Nachrichten (z.B: QR-Code, etc), sowie Fremdsprachen (mit Ausnahme englisch) sind nicht erlaubt

Sollte dir ein Beitrag auffallen, der gegen die oben genannten Punkte verstößt, melde dies ggf. dem Support oder über die "Melden"-Funktion des Forums.




§3. Ein neues Thema: Was soll ich schreiben?

§3.1 Nutze die Suchfunktion oben rechts im Forum sowie das Wiki bevor du einen Beitrag postest. Viele Fragen, Ideen und Bugs wurden bereits besprochen.

§3.2 Wähle einen passenden Titel für deinen Thread. Ein Titel wie "Hilfe!", "Frage", "Bug", "Idee" und so weiter sind nicht sehr aussagekräftig. Je passender der Titel, desto besser und umso schneller erhältst du eine Antwort.

§3.3 Ist eine Frage einmal gestellt, bleibe beim Thema. Wird im Laufe der Diskussion eine neue Fragestellung gefunden, eröffne einen neuen Thread.

§3.4 Wurde ein Doppel- oder Mehrfachpost erstellt, so melde dich bei einem der Supporter. Dieser wird die überflüssigen Threads/Posts löschen. Generell gilt: Ein Thread für jedes Thema! Ausnahmen werden in den Regeln des jeweiligen Bereichs genannt.

§3.5 Sogenannte SPAM-Beiträge sind im Forum unerwünscht. Dies sind Beiträge mit unpassendem Inhalt oder ohne eine Aussage. SPAM-Beiträge werden gelöscht. Übermäßiges Erstellen solcher Beiträge kann zu Verwarnungen und Bestrafungen führen.
Eine Ausnahme ist der Off-Topic Bereich. Beachte bitte, dass es auch dort Thementhreads gibt. Wenn es keinen passenden Thread gibt, so eröffne diesen, achte jedoch bitte darauf, dass er im richtigen Unterforum erstellt wird.

§3.6 Allgemein politisch zweifelhafte, radikale, sexistische oder religiöse Äußerungen sind nicht erlaubt. Fragwürdige Zeichnungen oder verzerrte Ansichten durch übergroße Bilder sind ebenfalls untersagt. Rassistische, pornografische und andere illegale oder jugendgefährdende Inhalte sind im gesamten Forum untersagt. Politische Beiträge dürfen nur in entsprechenden Threads gepostet werden. Solltet ihr einen Post finden, der in eine dieser Kategorien fällt, so benutzt bitte die "Melden-Funktion" im Forum. Der Betreiber und das Team können nicht für solche Beiträge verantwortlich gemacht werden, sind aber bemüht das Forum davon frei zu halten.

§3.7 Urheberrechtlich geschützte Inhalte dürfen nur mit der Zustimmung des Urhebers im Forum publiziert werden. Der Betreiber sowie das Supportteam haften laut §1.5 nicht, bemühen sich aber, diese aus dem Forum zu entfernen.

§3.8 Accountübergabeangebote und -nachfragen sind verboten und werden aus dem Forum entfernt.

§3.9 Links, die auf fremde Seiten verweisen, welche pornographische, rechtsradikale oder sonstige provozierende Inhalte enthalten, Werbung darstellen, Bezug zu anderen Browsergames nehmen, oder aber mit Geldgeschäften jedweder Art zu tun haben (z.Bsp. Ebay, Spendenaufrufe), sind nicht erlaubt und werden von dem Support gelöscht.
Über andere Browsergames kann in entsprechenden Threads im Off-Topic Bereich geredet werden, in diesem sind auch Links zu diesen gestattet.

§3.10 Das Posten von PNs und sämtlichen Chat-Logs im öffentlichen Teil des Forums ausdrücklich untersagt. Dies dient dem Schutz der Privatsphäre der Autoren solcher Nachrichten. Sollten solche Nachrichten im Forum erscheinen, werden sie von dem Support gelöscht. Ausnahme sind RPG-Logs, diese dürfen im entsprechenden Teil des Forums gepostet werden.

§3.11 Jegliche öffentliche Diskussionen zu Verwarnungen oder Bestrafungen von Spielern im Spiel, dem Forum oder dem Chat sind im Forum verboten. Beschwerden über oder Hetzereien gegen einzelne Teammember sind im Forum ebenso nicht erlaubt, solltet ihr Probleme mit einem Mitglied des Xhodon-Teams haben, wendet euch bitte an unseren Communitymanager.



§4. Avatare, Signaturen und Usernamen: Was ist erlaubt?

§4.1 Pornographische, rechtsradikale, gewalttätige und andere illegale oder jugendgefährdende Inhalte und/oder Bilder sind in Avataren, Signaturen und Usernamen verboten.

§4.2 Links, die auf fremde Seiten verweisen, welche pornographische, rechtsradikale oder sonstige provozierende Inhalte enthalten, Werbung darstellen, Bezug zu anderen Browsergames nehmen, oder aber mit Geldgeschäften jedweder Art zu tun haben (z.Bsp. Ebay, Spendenaufrufe), sind nicht erlaubt und werden von de Support gelöscht.

§4.3 Übergroße Signaturen stören die Lesefreundlichkeit des Forums. Die Maximalgröße beträgt 150 x 500 (Höhe in px x Breite in px) . Zudem dürfen Signaturen nicht größer als 1,5mb und nur minimal animiert sein. Bilder müssen mindestens 0,5 Sekunden angezeigt werden, außer ein sauberer Übergang ist vorhanden. Es dürfen ferner nur maximal 3 Bilder eine animierte Signatur bilden, erneut mit Ausnahme eines sauberen Übergangs.

§4.4 Bilder, die in das Forum eingefügt werden, dürfen die Lesefreundlichkeit nicht behindern und sollte eine angemessene Größe haben. Übergroße oder anderart störende Bilder werden vom Support editiert oder entfernt.


§5. Informationen zur Durchsetzung der Regeln durch das Supportteam

§5.1 Das Support-Team ist ein ehrenamtliches Team. Beleidigungen gegen das gesamte, oder Teile des Teams, inklusive dem Foren-Team, werden nach Ermessen des Verantwortlichen geahndet. Leiter des Forenteams ist der Communitymanager.

§5.2 Mehrere Verwarnungen können eine Sperre im Forum nach sich ziehen. Diese Sperre kann temporär oder dauerhaft sein. Jeder Fall wird hierbei einzeln betrachtet. Es ist verboten einen neuen Spielaccount zu erstellen, um die Sperre zu umgehen und am Forum teilzunehmen.

§5.3 Fühlt Ihr euch zu Unrecht verwarnt oder bestraft, wendet Euch zunächst an einen der Supporter. Stellt Euch dies nicht zufrieden, kontaktiert den Communitymanager. Dieser wird sich den Fall genauer anschauen. Dies kann unter Umständen mehrere Tage dauern. Seine Entscheidung ist endgültig. Die aller PN's Beteiligten werden unter Umständen intern weitergereicht um den Fall zu studieren.

§5.4 Beschwerden über einen Supporter gehen an den Communitymanager. Dieser entscheidet über die Rechtmäßigkeit des gefälllten Urteils.

Sollten die Regeln den AGB's widersprechen, so haben die AGB's immer Vorrang.
Wir behalten uns vor, die Regeln zu erweitern oder zu ändern.

The rules of Xhodon 2 - Forum

By registering in this forum/game you accept the following rules.

§1. general information

§1.1 The participation in the forum takes place via the game account. If a person plays in several worlds, he/she may write with several accounts in the forum.

§1.1.1 Should there be rule violations apply warnings and penalties for all accounts of a person.
§1.1.2 On request of a team member all accounts with which one participates in the forum are to be disclosed.

§1.2 The forum team has the right to warn, censor and block accounts if they violate the rules. The instructions of the forum team must be followed.

§1.3 In the case of serious or repeated violations of the rules, accounts can also be blocked in the game and in the hall or receive other in-game penalties, even without prior warning.

§1.4 The forum rules refer to forum posts, signatures, avatars and personal messages (PN's) in the forum. (PN's and guestbook entries in the game must be reported to a supporter, as they have nothing to do with the forum.)

§1.5 The AGB as well as the German right are valid for the whole forum. The operators of this forum are not liable for posted pictures and links, which violate a copyright.



§2. community and handling: How should I write?

§2.2 Advertising of any kind, which was not authorized by the Xhodon team, is to be omitted outside of the off topic area. Also in the off topic area the forum team has the right in case of doubt to prohibit certain advertisements.



§2. community and handling: how should I write?

§2.3 A marking of sarcastic / ironic utterances is desired, so that no misunderstandings arise. A labelling option is [IRONIE] before the corresponding sentence or paragraph and [/IRONIE] at the end of it.

§2.4 Refrain from excessive use of capital letters, punctuation marks, smilies, word extensions and other ways of endangering readability. Please avoid the use of characters which are not used in German, the replacement of letters by numbers (so-called LEET / 1337).

§2.5 All texts must be understandable, encrypted messages (e.g.: QR-Code, etc.), as well as foreign languages (except English) are not allowed.

If you notice a post that violates the above points, please report it to support or via the "Report" function of the forum.




§3. a new topic: What should I write?

§3.1 Use the search function at the top right of the forum and the wiki before posting. Many questions, ideas and bugs have already been discussed.

§3.2 Choose a suitable title for your thread. A title like "Help!", "Question", "Bug", "Idea" and so on are not very meaningful. The more suitable the title, the answer you get will be faster and better.

§3.3 Once a question has been asked, stick to the topic. If a new question is found during the discussion, open a new thread.

§3.4 If a double or multiple post has been created, contact one of the supporters. The supporter will delete the superfluous threads/posts. In general: One thread for each topic! Exceptions are mentioned in the rules of the respective area.

§3.5 So-called SPAM contributions are undesirable in the forum. These are posts with inappropriate content or without a statement. SPAM contributions are deleted. Excessive creation of such posts can lead to warnings and punishments.
An exception is the Off-Topic area. Please note that there are topic threads there as well. If there is no suitable thread, open it, but please make sure that it is created in the correct subforum.

§3.6 Generally politically dubious, radical, sexist or religious expressions are not allowed. Questionable drawings or distorted views due to oversized pictures are also prohibited. Racist, pornographic and other illegal or youth-endangering contents are prohibited in the entire forum. Political contributions may only be posted in corresponding threads. If you find a post that falls into one of these categories, please use the "Report" function in the forum. The operator and the team cannot be made responsible for such contributions, are however endeavored the forum of it freely to hold.

§3.7 Copyright-protected contents may only be published in the forum with the consent of the author. The operator as well as the support team are not liable according to §1.5, but try to remove them from the forum.

§3.8 Account transfer offers and requests are prohibited and will be removed from the forum.

§3.9 Links, which refer to strange sides, which contain pornographic, right-wing radical or other provocative contents, which represent advertisement, which refer to other Browser games, or which have to do however with money transactions of any kind (e.g. Ebay, donation calls), are not permitted and are deleted by the support.
Other browser games can be talked about in corresponding threads in the off-topic area, where links to them are also permitted.

§3.10 The posting of PNs and all chat logs in the public part of the forum is expressly prohibited. This serves to protect the privacy of the authors of such messages. Should such messages appear in the forum, they will be deleted by the support. Exceptions are RPG logs, these may be posted in the appropriate part of the forum.

§3.11 Any public discussion about warnings or punishments of players in the game, the forum or the chat are forbidden in the forum. Complaints about or agitation against individual team members are also not allowed in the forum, should you have problems with a member of the Xhodon team, please contact our community manager.



§4. avatars, signatures and usernames: What is allowed?

§4.1 Pornographic, radical right-wing, violent and other illegal or youth-endangering content and/or images are prohibited in avatars, signatures and usernames.

§4.2 Links, which refer to foreign sites, which contain pornographic, right-wing radical or other provocative contents, which represent advertising, which refer to other browser games, or which have to do with money transactions of any kind (e.g. Ebay, donation calls), are not allowed and will be deleted by the support.

§4.3 Oversized signatures disturb the readability of the forum. The maximum size is 150 x 500 (height in px x width in px). In addition, signatures must not be larger than 1.5mb and only minimally animated. Images must be displayed for at least 0.5 seconds unless there is a clean transition. Furthermore, only a maximum of 3 images may form an animated signature, again with the exception of a clean transition.

§4.4 Pictures that are inserted into the forum must not impede reader friendliness and should be of an appropriate size. Oversized or otherwise annoying images will be edited or removed by support.


§5. information for the enforcement of the rules by the support team

§5.1 The support team is an honorary team. Insults against the whole or parts of the team, including the forum team, will be punished at the discretion of the responsible person. The leader of the forum team is the community manager.

§5.2 Several warnings can lead to a ban in the forum. This block can be temporary or permanent. Each case will be considered individually. It is forbidden to create a new game account to bypass the ban and participate in the forum.

§5.3 If you feel wrongly warned or punished, first contact one of the supporters. If you are not satisfied, contact the community manager. He will take a closer look at the case. This may take several days. His decision is final. All PN's involved may be passed on internally to study the case.

§5.4 Complaints about a supporter go to the community manager. He decides on the legality of the judgement.

If the rules should contradict the AGB's, then the AGB's always have priority.
